Clean, Comfortable and Cozy One (1) Bedroom Condo (Atlantic and Pine Streets)
This bright and airy unit sleeps 6 people. In the bedroom, there is a full size bed and a full/twin bunk bed. In the living room is a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit also features 2 full bathrooms which is very convenient for hectic mornings and days back from the beach. There is also a swimming pool in the complex. A covered bike rack area is also available, so you can brings your own bikes and lock them up.
It is a top floor corner unit, so there are no units on top or on one side. It has a view up Pine Street to the ocean. This unit is located at 3110 Atlantic Avenue at the corner of Atlantic and Pine Streets. It is just blocks to Moreys Piers, Raging Waters, Go-Karts, and the Lobster Shack. Walk to everything!
There are flat screen TVs in both the bedroom and living room, equipped with Cable.
The unit has 2 reserved on-site parking spaces. Park your cars and forget about them for your vacation. Everything is within walking distance.
Take a swim in the lovely pool or just sit out on the deck with a book and relax!
The unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
Renters must supply their own linens, towels, toiletries and paper products.
This is a family friendly complex. Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
