Vacation Rental Description

Fun in the Sun....Luxury accommodations with everything you need right at your 
fingertips. If you dream of jumping in your boat (or boat rental)and 
going fishing or diving all day this is the place for you. You can be 
in the Gulf(Florida Bay) in 2 minutes since we are just a few houses 
from it or be in the Atlantic via Vaca Cut in 15 minutes. Catching 
fish is a given, Gulf side or Ocean side. You can't miss. Don’t feel 
like fishing, go diving instead at Sombrero Reef or one of the ship 
wrecks just off shore. Take a quick dip in our free flowing canal or 
kayak around our little island.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms - 2 Kings Beds, 1 Queen Bed, Queen Futon, Living Room, Dining Room, 2 
Full Baths, Outdoor Grill, Boat Dock will accommodate up to 36 foot 
vessel, deep water canal, swimming canal, out door deck with patio 
furniture, lounge chairs, fish cleaning station.

New game room with Pool Table.

There are numerous restaurants you can get to by boat and car. You 
can go to Sombrero Beach if you want to take a walk on the beach or 
do a little sun bathing. 

Only a 30 to 45 minute drive to Key West and the other direction Key 
Largo. We have numerous reefs and diving spots just waiting for you 
to discover. 

Whether you are playing or relaxing you will enjoy your surroundings. 
Our goal is for every guest to feel welcome and relaxed.
