Vacation Rental Description

Your very own, Gulf-View paradise is just 6 miles from the heart of 
Destin on it's very own island, Okaloosa Island.  The area is 
renowned for the Gulf of Mexico's emerald-green waters and 
its "sugar-white" beaches. The Island is conveniently located close 
to Outlet shopping, dining, golf, the Gulfarium (see a dolphin 
show!), amusement and water parks, as well as every imaginable water 
sport the whole family can enjoy.

Paradise begins as you walk down the corridor to your condo enjoying 
17 miles of undeveloped beach view. Breath-taking gulf views and a 
vibrantly decorated decor embrace you as you step into our beautiful 
5th floor End-Unit Gulf-View Condominium. You can enjoy magnificient 
views while sitting in your living room, doing your dishes, or 
sipping your morning coffee on your private balcony.  You'll find 
all the amenities of home and be at a family oriented complex that 
caters to you, the customer. There are no streets to cross, the gulf 
is only about a 100 yards from your front door. and you'll have 
miles upon miles of undeveloped land to the west of us for exploring 
and shell collecting. 

This two bedroom, two bath spacious Gulf-View (1,035 sq.feet) beach 
condo comfortably accommodates 8 guests with a king in the master 
bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper 
sofa in the living room. Linens are provided, the kitchen is fully 
equipped and you'll find tv/vcr's and dvd's in the bedrooms and 
living room, as well as a selection of movies to enjoy. The condo is 
ideal for weeklong family vacations, weekend getaways, househunting 
visits, or temporary lodging for relocated executives. 

The El Matador is a popular beachfront resort boasting two pools 
(one heated), tennis courts, sauna, whirlpool, basketball court, 
beach volleyball, game room, exercise room, plus weekly activites 
for our winter guests. All of this is within a gated, gulf-front 
resort community! 

To the west of the resort is 17 miles of undeveloped beach, for 
those long walks and shell collecting. The Island doesn't draw the 
large crowds and traffic of the neighboring areas, but you'll find 
great restaurants, mini-golf, water sports, the Gulfarium (see a 
Dolphin show!), and the Fishing Pier right on the Island. Destin is 
only 6 miles away where you will find fishing and dolphin watching 
charters, night spots, Outlet shopping and other popular vacation 
activities.

This beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and economical condominium 
is the ideal place for your vacation. We hope you find our piece of
