It has one of the finest docks in Marathon that is deep, sailboat assessable so in minutes you can be at the 7-mile bridge, Gulf or Atlantic Ocean. It’s a great place to kayak with Sisters creek loaded with tropical natural beauty. You can fish or swim off your dock and if you prefer the beach in minutes you can drive or boat to beautifull Sombrero beach or cross over the 7 mile bridge to famous Bahia Honda State Park and its famous beach.
The home has recently tiled and has several new appliances including a bait freezer. The master bedroom has 2 comfortable Queen Beautyrest beds and a walk-in tiled shower.
