The condo was comfortable and the location is great. We had a little hiccup when checking in, the previous guest's thought they were staying one more night. Paul was great about the situation he set us up with another condo and did everything in his power to satisfy us. We would recomend this place to all and can't wait to return when the weather warms up a bit.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. First, Paul and Linda are so easy to deal with, our unusual dates and time requests were accepted and everything went smooth right from the beginning. The condo is directly across the street from the beach and a fun restaurant, Pompano Joe's. If you get your fill of the beach the community pool is just behind their condo, you can do as I did, and watch your family in the pool from the balcony. The square footage is great, the furnishings are casual and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Don't forget to look in the spare bedroom closet where you'll find beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a small cooler among other things. The 3rd floor view is wonderful, and the stairs are easy to climb. We had a wonderful time there and hope to return soon. Hattie

Great Place

Hi Paul and Linda, Our family stayed ay your condo the week of 07/19/09. We had a wonderful vacation. Your condo had so many extra things left for the next guest to enjoy. We reserved one day to go see the 'Blue Angels' practice. The men went deep sea fishing one day and had so much fun that we reserved a trip the next day for the girls. It was a first for us. We went parasailing on the last day. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations! Thanks so much. We hope to return soon!!
