Sand Dollar Suites is a unique four-suite property offering lots of 
rental flexibility.  The suites can be combined, through connecting 
doors, so we can offer studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, three 
bedroom, or four bedroom units for your rentals needs.  The building 
sits directly across the street from the beach (with views of the
beach and Gulf), with the beach being only about 100 ft. away.  All 
bedrooms in all units have two full-size beds in them, for lots of 
sleeping flexibility.  Being directly across the street from the 
widest part of the beach on the island, has made this property a 
favorite vacation destination.  This wonderful building and its 
popular mid-island location are sure to win you over.  Our spacious 
Floridian-style beach units are modern and tastefully decorated in 
comtemporary colors and styles.  All units have decks, from where you 
can watch passers-by, view the beach and Gulf, and enjoy your 
favorite cocktails.  Outdoor patio furniture on the decks and grounds 
make the outdoors equally appealing as the indoors.  And, of course, 
an outdoor shower and beach chairs are at your disposal for sun-
bathing, etc.  Free central laundry room, grill, and free local calls 
are just some of the many amenities that are included.  Again, get 
prime rib benefits, for the price of hamburger.  Vacation like you 
are directly on the beach, while being only a few feet from the beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All linens, towels, cooking utensils, full kitchens, toasters, coffee 
makers, laundry room (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board), telephone 
with free local calls, air conditioning, full cable TV, ceiling fans 
in most rooms, decks for all units, grill, outdoor "beach" shower 
(for rinsing off sand after returning from the beach), and beach 
chairs.
