Overlooking the mouth of Salmon Bay and Lake Union, Wallingford is within minutes of many of Seattle's most popular attractions and shopping areas. Gas Works Park, Lake Union, Burke Gilman Trail, and Fremont are all an easy walk away. Walk north to Green Lake, one of Seattle's most popular parks. Green Lake has it all, rental boats, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a 9 hole golf course and a 3 mile walking, blading, biking trail around the lake.

The Wallingford Villa is a 2 story home with an open floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen with a dining room that seats 10 comfortably. It has a large deck off the master suite with a stunning view due east. It also has a large deck off the kitchen of the main floor with a gas bbq and hot tub.
The main floor has a large comfy living room as well as a private den with French doors that offers privacy or additional space for solitude. The den also has a hide a bed that sleeps 2.
The second floor has a large master suite with a king bed,queen bed, full bath, and two smaller bedrooms as well as a second full bath.
The home is fully furnished and offers all the important components to ensure an exceptional stay. It has a flat screen TV in the den, a large TV in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master suite.
vacation rental rates
- Summer Rates: May 1 to Sept 30 $350 / day; $2100 / wk; $7500 / mo;
- Winter rates: Oct. 1 to April 30 $275 / day; $1650/ wk; $6000 / mo.
- Rate is for upto 10 persons. Charge of $20 per person, per night for additional persons.
- $500 damage deposit with cash or check payment. Open credit card for CC payments.
