Vacation lake house in Cayuga Lake

Beautiful year round lake house located on Cayuga lake near many wine trails, parks, and restaurants also located 15 min from out let mall. Beautiful deck with fire pit over looking the lake.

Our year-round Lake House is approximately 1800 square feet and is right on the water. It has a good sized kitchen and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. There is additional indoor eating space on barstools at the island. There is a spacious living room with a reclining couch and a loveseat. Two sliding glass doors opens up to a deck which overlooks the water. On the deck is a gas grill and a table that seats 4 also other chairs and fire pit. On a rainy day, you can sit under the in closed part of the deck where the table is and still enjoy some time outside. Upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms (each with a window air conditioner) and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. In the basement there is a washer and dryer, plenty of room for storing your fishing supplies and water toys. Outside, you can relax in a chair while the kids swim. At night you can enjoy s’mores as you sit around the campfire in the fire pit.

Our house is a wonderful place for a family to enjoy some time together and create special memories.

The weekday rate is $200 a night

The weekend rate is $300 a night

$300 security deposit required at the time of reservation. If you are bringing pets an additional $200 pet deposit is required. The deposit is refundable provided the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

 Deposit 1/2 of the amount required at time of booking.
