 2 bath,fully furnished home.Oueen size bed in master with 
TV,and trundle day bed in second bedroom. Sofa, love seat and 
huge TV/DVD player in living room.  Kitchen 
backsplash and upgraded  cabinets.Bar stools to sit at 
counter,or dining table that overlooks living area. Whole house is 
fully equipped down to the smallest detail.DVD,cable,highspeed 
internet. Private patio out back 
with table/chairs and BBQ. No neighbors behind you.Two car garage 
with opener.

Vacation Rental Amenities 
Located just 30 minutes from downtown and airport and close to 
shopping. Trilogy has on site 18 hole golf course, clubhouse,pools, 
jacuzzi,fitness center,computer room, billards,spa facilities and 
dining.
All major sports teams call Phoenix their home. AZ Cardinals, Phx 
Suns, AZ Diamondbacks, Phx Coyotes. All within 30-50 minutes drive.
Spring training within 30 minutes.
Activities and Attractions 
Several classes,workshops,shows, movies and activities are available.
*Bingo*Bridge*Mahjongg*Stained Glass*Tennis*Exercise 
Classes*Painting* You name it, they probably have it.

Terms and Conditions:
*$1000 depostit required to reserve  which is fully refundable if 
house is left in good condition. 
* Totally refundable if reservations are cancelled up to 2 months 
prior to move in date.
*30 to 60 days prior to move in 50% of deposit refundable
*less than 30 days no refund will be made unless house is rented to 
another party for the same amount.
*Rent can be paid on a monthly basis in the form of cash, check or 
money order.
*$150 cleaning fee if house needs it.
 
If lease is broken, you will be responsible for any rents due unless 
house can be re- rented for same amount.
 
All community activities are available for your pleasure

January - April =       $2400/month
May - October =  $1150/month
November- December =$2000/month
weekly rates available upon request
