Built in 2006 and fully remodeled in 2011, this condo boasts 2 master suites with 2 king size beds and a 3rd suite with bunk bed with a trundle. There are blue ray dvd players and flat screen TVs wall mounted in every room for your entertainment pleasure. A private spa on the deck will insure that you can soak away your aches and pains from whatever you decide to experience in Mammoth that day. New furniture throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home. Attached oversize garage to park and store your gears.  Brand new state of the art washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

We have 4 small children along with my sister who stayed at this condo over a long weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh smelling the place was (I am a bit of a clean freak). The furniture and fixtures were very well maintained. A highlight is your very own private hot tub to enjoy (which was also very clean!!!). I usually cannot sleep in any other bed but my own but I must say, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable! Each room has its own flat screen tv and the kitchen is prepped for whatever you may be cooking (although we just ended up eating out). You will only wait 2-3 min for the bus which will have you to the main lodge within minutes (great not having to worry about parking!!) Benny (the owner) was accommodating and easy to work with - thank you Benny for giving us a wonderful family weekend!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

better than advertised!

We stayed here for 4 nights, including New Years Eve and all I gotta say is that we didn't want to leave the cabin! Located right in front of a bus stop on Main Street, the location is as good as it gets for immediate access to the village, the mountain, everything. Literally walk out the door and you're dropped at the lift line 3 minutes later. The place itself was so much better than advertised. everything in the place looked brand new. you walk into a living room with a plush couch and carpet with a huge flat screen TV, leather coffee table, wooden slat windows. a large cabin-esk wooden kitchen table next to the kitchen (which looked like an Ikea page). huge brand new fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, granite counter tops. everything in the place had dimmer control lighting. the fireplace completed the mood. outside was a private hot tub already hot and bubbling when we arrived. down the hall the first bathroom and bedroom with significant floor space, and huge bunk that could sleep 1 up top, 2 below, and 1 on the trundle. upstairs the master bedroom with connected bathroom (with jacuzzi!) and another bedroom with private bathroom. both with huge flat screen TVs and walk-in closets and more drawer space than you could ever need. the upstairs hallway had probably the sweetest washer/dryer set-up i've ever played with - super convenient if you want to pack light (it feels good to come home from a trip and your laundry is already done!). downstairs, on your way out is a huge garage with a ski rack so you can stow all your gear without soaking your indoor rugs. all in all the place was sick. like i said, we did not want to leave the place... and to be honest we hardly did. we had so much fun making/ordering dinner, hanging out at the place playing games and watching football with some drinks by the fire that it really made for good memories. would definitely recommend this place and will most likely be back myself if i'm not beaten to it next NYE!

Excellent condo, well worth the price

This unit turns out to be better than the description and better than we expected. Unit is well furnished, kitchen is well equipped with all new cookware and utensils. Excellent location, off Main Street and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The private spa on the balcony is clean and well maintained and condo is freshly furnished with high end new furnitures. All rooms have big flat screen TV with blue ray dvd players and alarm clock which connects to our ipods and iphones. The unit even have satelite tv connected in every room. My family really enjoys our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for providing such a homy place to stay Benny!
