Come and vacation in Paradise. Our newly decorated condo is located
in the beautiful South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community. Our
unit faces the quiet sunset side of Tigertail Beach. As you relax on
the lanai, you will truly feel like you are on an Island by the
tropical foliage and beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Marco Island is three miles of pristine and flawless white beach.
You will have the luxury of sailing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing
and expecially Dolphin watching. Naples is just a short trip away
where you can enjoy shopping and exploring the Fifth Avenue,
boutiques, and five star restaurants. The South Seas Club is a 24
hour security complex which offers tennis, boat docks, swimming
pools, gym, and beautiful grounds in which to take leisurely
strolls.

Our condo is truly a serene and tranquil spot in which to enjoy a bit
of paradise. Two fully furnished bedrooms , one king-size, one with
two twin beds, both have views of the Gulf of Mexico and also have
private baths. The kitchen is modern with all amenities you would
expect of a luxury condo. The living room and dining room is tiled
throughout and is open and airy to accommodate a nice intimate
gathering of family and friends. You will find our condo to be very
welcoming and accommodating for your entire stay.

April Discounts thru Easter Week

April 22 - Dec. 15 (off-season)...$600-$750/week..$1500-/$2000/month
Dec. 15 - April 15...$1500-$1800/week..$4000=$5000/month
50% of rental fee & the $250 Security Deposit due to confirm
reservation.
ADD State tax of 9%. Balance of 50% rental fee due 30 days prior to
occupancy.
$20 Registration fee payable to South Seas Office (Tower 3)on
arrival.
