Polecat Pad: 1 Queen BR, Full futon sofa bed in living area, 1 BA
w/stand-up shower, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, private deck and
entrance, sleeps 4.

Polecat Palace (middle floor)- $135/150 per night, $50 cleaning fee

Polecat Pad (bottom floor) - $85/95 per night, $35 cleaning fee

$200/unit security deposit (refundable)

Pet Fees:  $35 pet deposit (non-refundable), $20/night/pet

Cancellation Policy:  Cancel within 14 days of arrival forfeit deposit, within 72 hours full rental fees required, else $50 re-booking fee.
Three night holiday else two night minimum required.
Stay 6 nights your 7th night is FREE!  Stay 3 weeks your 4th entire week is FREE!
