Two units that may be rented separately as follows:
Polecat Palace (middle floor)- $135/150 per night, $50 cleaning fee
Polecat Pad (bottom floor) - $85/95 per night, $35 cleaning fee
$200/unit security deposit (refundable)
Pet Fees: $35 pet deposit (non-refundable), $20/night/pet
Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 30 days of arrival forfeit full rental fees less deposit unless property can be re-booked then only $50 re-booking fee.
Three night holiday else two night minimum required.
Stay 6 nights your 7th night is FREE! Stay 3 weeks your 4th entire week is FREE!
