House is rustic post and beam construction with vaulted ceiling
great room with skylights and stone fireplace.

Somewhat secluded in a wooded setting but on a paved road with
periodic security patrol. Compare price to area houses with less
sleeping and no resort amenities.

Air conditioned home has a fireplace, phone, TV in great room and
each BR, cable TV, VCR in great room and two bedrooms, DVD player in
great room, Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.
Washer/dryer in basement.

Gas grill and table tennis.

Resort amenities one mile away include outdoor/indoor pools,
minature golf, beach area.

Linen service and cleaning (come in clean, leave dirty) included.

On-site - Hiking, golf, tennis, basketball, fitness center,
shuffleboard, horseshoes, "state of the art" miniature golf,
fishing, restaurants,
swimming, boat rentals.

Nearby - Chimney Rock Park, horses, shopping, sightseeing, Blue
Ridge Parkway, tubing/rafting.

NOTE: A linen and cleaning charge of $75.00 will be added for
rentals less than 5 nights;

Occupancy tax of 12% will be added to the rental amount.

Upon verification of availability, I will send a contract that must
be completed and returned with a deposit before rental can be
confirmed.
