Large open space surrounds home, approximately 1/2 acre. NO traffic
noise. Property borders wildlife preserve corridor featuring visiting
deer and other various wildlife.  Located on a cul-de-sac. 27 pine
trees on property. VERY quiet - only sounds are breezes in the pines,
bugling of the elk in the fall evenings, owls at night.

Extra $300 pet deposit for pets. Pet acceptance based on individual 
basis.

an
adult.
