This bright and cheery courtyard villa can be your home away from home in a prime location near Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club in the Village of Piedmont.

The living is easy in this indoor-outdoor split floorplan villa. The screened lanai has sliding doors to the master bedroom and living room. The no-maintenance courtyard features a dining table with four chairs and a gas grill. There are ceiling fans throughout and solar tubes in both bathrooms and in the well-appointed kitchen to bring in natural light. There's also a computer desk and wifi internet but we don't recommend you work too much.

The master bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed, cable TV, private ensuite bath and a roomy walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is just right for guests with two twin beds and its own ensuite bath.

After a good night's sleep, enjoy a bite at the breakfast bar while planning a day on the links. Next to that, the dining table seats four and a sliding glass door leads to the patio with a gas barbecue grill and a table with four chairs for dining al fresco.

At the end of the day, relax in the recliner or chill out on the sofa. An armoire in the living room serves as entertainment center with TV/DVD player.

This villa is a fifteen-minute walk to the Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club, a 27-hole championship golf course, driving range, putting green, tennis courts and a gourmet restaurant.

There are also four executive 9-hole courses in close proximity.

Shops (Walgreen's, Publix) and services (banking, etc) are a short golf cart ride away at Mulberry Grove Shopping Plaza.
