Beachcomber House, is situated within the exclusive gated community
of Beachwalk Isles on Florida's Gulf Coast - close to Golf Courses
and just a ten-minute drive from Fort Myers beaches and the
beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

Our air-conditioned house overlooks a lake and features four
bedrooms, two bathrooms, private heated pool (solar and electric
heating), High Speed Internet and cable TVs/VCRs. We have a large, fully-equipped kitchen
with breakfast area and family room overlooking the pool area. There
is also a separate lounge and dining area.

Beachcomber House is light and spacious with vaulted ceilings. It is
fully carpeted and tiled throughout. All rooms are air conditioned
(heating available for winter evenings). There is plenty of seating
for both dining and relaxation.

To the front of our house there is a large driveway with ample
parking for four cars. At the rear there is a solar and electric
heated pool with large, screened, deck area and views overlooking
the lake. There are plenty of sun loungers and a lanai with table
and chairs.

In the master bedroom there is an en suite shower and bath. There is
also a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a double-
size bed, and bedrooms three and four have twin beds. All bedrooms
have fitted closets. The family bathroom is situated next to
bedrooms two, three, and four.
