Location: Edgewater Beach Resort, Edgewater Gulf Beach, in the heart of Panama City Beach (PCB), Florida (North West FL), only 10 miles from NW FL Beaches International Airport, 4 miles from Pier Park. 

Accommodations:  First Floor Studio Condo with Patio, 1 Queen Murphy's Bed + Queen Sofa Sleeper (Sleeps 4).

Located on 110 acre gated, resort community with 24 hour security. Parking within 10 feet of unit. Pond and golf course viewable from unit. Pools (approx. 2 minute walk from unit), beach (approx. 5 minute walk from unit), fitness club and restaurants are a short walk from the unit. Resort tram available most days. Washer/dryer in unit. Central air/heat. Cable TV and wireless internet (connection info. on router) provided. Bath towels provided. Full kitchen stocked with kitchenware. 

This is a non-smoking unit with a fully-enforced no pet policy. There must be an adult 25 years or older at all times staying in the condo.

Pools: Throughout the resort, guests will have access to 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpools and a Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool, which offers an open, free-form surface area and elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself. The Lagoon Pool is located right off the beach and is enhanced with 45,000 square feet of deck space along with fiber optic lighting. Pool tags will be provided to give you guest access to the pools and resort.

Golf: Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has two great golf courses--36 holes surrounded by water and challenging sand traps. Call the front desk for more information on equipment rentals, lessons and tee times. The resort also has a complete pro shop.

Tennis: There are six all-weather plexicushion tennis courts, with lighting for night play. Lessons and tennis activities for children also available. The resort offers complete pro shop facilities and equipment rental for all your tennis needs.

Fitness Club: Fitness classes are held in the beautiful mirrored aerobics studio. Step benches, jump ropes, exercise balance balls, tension cords, mats and hand weights are available. The class schedule varies seasonally and includes aerobics, yoga, pilates, step classes and toning, as well as a water aerobics class taught in the Lagoon Pool. The Fitness Club also offers personal trainers.

Spa: During your stay, relieve your stress with spa services available on the resort. Pick from massage, body wrap, body exfoliation, and foot therapy options. Spa located in The Club.

Resort Activities: Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort offers a fun-filled monthly calendar of activities for guests of all ages (activities vary by month and most take place during the summer). Monthly activities include tie-dying, beach volleyball, poolside bingo, ice cream socials, hula hoop and limbo contests. Monthly calendars can be found at the front desk or in the Pro Shop.

Stays less than four nights subject to additional fees. Special rates available for extended stays.

-Security Deposit: A fully refundable $150 security deposit is due at the time of payment. Any damage to the unit upon arrival must be reported immediately to the owner to be documented and avoid possible liability. The full $150 will be refunded one week after check out, following an inspection. 
-Cancellations: If you cancel outside seven days of booked dates, the charge is $50. If you cancel within seven days, the charge is $100.
