Our base rate for the Guest House is $275 a night for 2 people for all dates but Christmas and Thanksgiving which are $300. (Thanksgiving Nov 20 - 30, Christmas Dec. 20 - Jan 10) The weekly rate for 2 is $1800 and and $2050 per week for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Additional days more than a week but less than 2 weeks will be prorated at the daily rate. For each additional guest there is a $25 per person per night charge added to the base rate. Please add 12.42% tax and an out cleaning fee of $150 (2 people) or $175 (3 people or more). There is a $350 security deposit which is refunded within sixty days of your departure minus any damage or extra cleaning. All damage or extra cleaning will be assessed by our cleaning and maintenance staff.
