Hiking, beach combing, snorkeling, horseback riding, kayaking,

The Guest House is $250 for 2 people (sleeps up to 4)except holiday
dates (Nov 20-30 and Dec 20 to Jan5)which are $275 base rate. For each
additional guest there is a $25 per person per night charge added to
the base rate. Please add 4% sales and 8.42% room tax (12.42%) and an
out cleaning fee of $150 for 2 people and $175 for 3 or 4 people.
Reservation deposits can be paid by credit card, cash, check,or
travelers checks.
Minimum stay... 5 nights January 10 to December 15
7 nights December 15 to January 10
To cancel your reservation your notice must be received no less than
30 days before check in (60 days before Christmas and Thanksgiving
dates. These dates are November 20 to November 30 for Thanksgiving and
December 20 to January 5 for Christmas) to receive a full refund minus
a processing fee of 10% or $200 whichever amount is greater. For
cancellations (For any reason with no exceptions) within 30 days of
arrival (60 days before Christmas and Thanksgiving dates) a refund
minus transaction fee will be issued at the sole discretion of the
owner or if your dates can be re-booked by the owner prior to your
arrival date. If your dates can't be rebooked before your scheduled
arrival date you will be credited for a future stay minus the
cancellation fee. No shows forfeit all funds paid to River Estate.
No refunds for early departure.
A reservation deposit of half the total to secure your reservation
must be received within one week of verbal or e-mailed confirmation to
hold dates if not paid by credit card. Balance is due 60 days prior to
the 1st day of the month you arrive. There is a $350 security deposit
that is refundable within 60 days of your departure.
Car rentals, activities and travel packages... We would be
more than happy to help you arrange or refer you to our list of
travel professionals for any arrangements you might need to make
your vacation planning easier. We have an in house travel agency so we
can quote you airfare, car rentals and hotels or condos on other
islands as well
Alternate accommodations are available island wide through our
travel business. If we can't book you into River Estate we can find
you suitable alternate accommodations.
Referral fee available to booking agents or referrals.
Discount for any last minute dates booked within thirty days of
present date or specific dates we want to fill. Please call us to
