 The River Estate property is a 2 acre riverfront botanical garden
one block from world famous beaches on Kauai's famous north shore.
It's completely private and meticulously maintained. The Guest House
is at the upper end of the property around a corner with complete
privacy. There simply isn't any better location on Kauai that offers
such a spiritually romantic and ultra private place to honeymoon or
rejuvenate your soul.

 The home has been completely remodeled with everything replaced down
to the light fixtures. It features air conditioning, Brazilian cherry
wood floors in the living areas and Chinese slate floors in the
kitchen and bathrooms and hand crafted quality Balinese furniture. No
expense has been spared in making this your dream honeymoon or
vacation location. We guarantee it!

Vacation Rental Rates

The Guest House is $250 for 2 people (sleeps up to 4)except holiday
dates (Nov 20-30 and Dec 20 to Jan5)which are $275 base rate. For each
additional guest there is a $25 per person per night charge added to
the base rate. Please add 4% sales and 7.4% room tax (11.4%) and an
out cleaning fee of $125 for 2. Reservation deposits can be paid by
credit card, cash, check,or travelers checks.

 Minimum stay... 5 nights January 10 to December 15
                 7 nights December 15 to January 10

 Cancellation notice must be received no less than 30 days before 
check in (60 days before Christmas) to receive a full refund minus a 
processing fee (Transaction fees if paid by credit card, $50 if paid 
by other means). For cancellations within 30 days of arrival you can 
get a full refund minus transaction fee if dates can be re-booked. 
If your dates can't be re-booked you will be credited for a future 
stay.
 Reservation deposit to secure the reservation... Your deposit must be 
received within one week of verbal or e-mailed confirmation to hold 
dates if not paid by credit card. Balance is due 60 days prior to 
your arrival date. There is a $500 security deposit refundable after
departure.
 Car rentals, activities and travel packages... We would be 
more than happy to help you arrange or refer you to our list of 
travel professionals for any arrangements you might need to make 
your vacation planning easier. We have an in house travel agency so we
can quote you airfare, car rentals and hotels or condos on other
islands as well
 Alternate accommodations are available island wide through our 
travel business. If we can't book you into River Estate we can find 
you suitable alternate accommodations.
 Referral fee of 10% as a courtesy to booking agents or referrals. 
 Discount for any last minute dates booked within thirty days of 
present date.
