Spacious 5 bedroom ranch house in Hunter Mountain

House is located on 140 acres with a stream and small pond.  There are 5 bedrooms which accommodates 12 people comfortably.  It is a perfect house for three families of 4. The house is centrally located between Hunter and Windham Mountains.  We have been enjoying this house for over 20 years and know you will enjoy it too.

The kitchen was completely gutted and refinished in Spring 2011. There is a  fireplace in living room and a regulation size pool table in the basement/garage along with a front load washer and a dryer purchased in 2009.  There is a large back deck with beautiful views of the Catskill Mountains.  A charcoal grill and patio table/chairs are included.  

Pets Considered.

Hunter Mountain is 5 miles away and Windham Mountain is 7 miles away.  Hunter Mountain offers skiing and in the summer time you can hike, attend festivals or enjoy the zip line which is the highest on the east coast.  North/South Lake is a ten minute drive from the house where you can hike and rent a boat.  The town of Woodstock is a 30 minute drive to restaurants and shops. 

December - March:  non-holiday rates $275/night or $1,650/week  

holiday rates $500/night or $3,000/week  

April - November:non-holiday rates $250/night or $1,500/week

        holiday rates $300/night or $1,800/week

Long Term Seasonal Rentals considered - Price dependent upon season & utility rates

Garbage - There is no garbage service at the house.  You can either take it to the recycling center or bring it home to dispose of.

Cleaning Services not included in rental rates - ranges from $80 to $125 depending upon number of renters.

For Winter Rentals - snow plowing is included as well as wood for fireplace

For Summer Rentals - lawn maintenance included and will be tended to prior to stay

Deposit Required - 1 nights rate depending upon time of year
