Port Aransas is the only town on Mustang Island, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, that is located close to Corpus Christi (Padre Island) Texas. The island consists of over 20 miles of beautiful unspoiled beach, much of which can be driven on. The island attracts many species of birds and the nature preserves & hiking trails are abundant. Enjoy world-class fishing and other annual events such as the Sandfest and Harvest Moon Regatta. The Arnold Palmer designer golf course (Newport Dunes), located a block from this townhome, was recently named one of the best new courses by Golf Digest. Enjoy the ferry ride while watching the dolphins frolic in the bay & ride a golf cart on the beach and city streets while visiting the unique shops and famous restaurants.

High Season (starts Memorial Day weekend and ends after Labor Day & including Spring Break dates in March and Sandfest dates in April) $310 per night or stay 6 and get the 7th night free.  3 night minimum (except Sandfest which is 2 day min) NO CLEANING CHARGES OR EXTRA HIDDEN FEES!

Mid-Season March 1 thru May 24 (excluding March 11-16 (Springbreak) & April 26 & 27 (Sandfest) & after Labor Day thru Oct. 31 - $230 per night (2 night minimum)- $1200 per week. NO CLEANING CHARGES OR EXTRA HIDDEN FEES!

Low-season (Nov 1- Feb 28) $195 per night.  2 night minimum - $1100 per week, or stay 3 & get the 4th night free.  NO CLEANING CHARGES OR EXTRA HIDDEN FEES!

Monthly rate available Nov - Feb only = $1650. Stay 2 or more months for $1500 per month

Note:  Maid fees are always paid by owner

This house is managed by a reputable local vacation rental management company who will be available during your stay to ensure your vacation goes smoothly.  Deposit paid to the rental company requires one night's rent paid by check, with the balance due by cash or credit card at check-in.  For reservations made less than a week before dates of stay, a credit card is required.  The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, with ID required at check-in.
