Not a family location....Great for young adults that want to party all night!

Extremely dissapointed with the condition of the place, it was not cleaned well. Dresser drawers did not work, remote to the one tv in the place did not work there was no DVD player as listed in ad. Had weeds growing all over the patio, the BBQ was unusable, but the worst part was there were people partying all night directly outside the bedroom windows of the place, loudly, there were a lot of drunks and loud music going alllll night. People fighting in the streets, throwing each other onto cars and setting off one car alarm after another. None of us got any sleep and we left after only two nights.It was not a good experience. To the credit of the owner and managment, they promptly came over when called had people cleaning the patio and condo, replaced the BBQ and refunded us when we left early. I would say this is a place to go when you turn 21 want to party all night and dont care about getting any sleep. Probably best as a long term rental for young kids, not at all suited to families....

Great location by the beach!!

The place was great! Very well furnished, neat and tidy place with many comfortable beds. The private patio was great for entertaining, bbqing and enjoying the sunshine. The place was centrally located to shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything was so close we just walked. Overall the vacation was perfect for my entire family. All of us had a great time and we are so grateful we found this place. There was a lot of space for our family and friends and everything from check in to check out went smoothly. We look forward to coming back next year!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great location nice neighbors! $150.00 cleaning fee a bit much for unchanged linens on one bed and a bathroom rug too dirty to step out of the shower onto. Caution workers on site! Much needed upgrading!!

Recommended for: pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car
