Enjoy all the comforts of home in our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. Sand Dollar Villas is a small, friendly complex where you will feel right at home. The location is great and is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. We are across from the Esplanade which is a waterfront complex with restaurants, entertainment and art galleries
Our condo is clean and well maintained. The first level floor plan allows for easy entertaining. The living room has a queen size sofa bed with cable TV and DVD player. Wireless internet service is provided. The dining table opens to seat six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, with sliding doors out to the lanai. The second floor has a master suite with a queen size bed and full private bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and adjoining full bath. Both bedrooms have cable TV. Rental includes all towels, linens, beach chairs and coolers.
Lounge chairs, umbrella tables and a Tiki Hut allow for relaxation and sunbathing at our oversized, heated pool.
Marco Island is the perfect winter getaway. The warm climate and beautiful beaches are among the best in the U.S. You won't want to miss a trip to the nearby Everglades for sighting-seeing and airboat rides. Shoppers will enjoy visiting nearby 5th Avenue in Naples.
