Our condo is located at the Holiday Hills Resort which sits just on the the edge of Branson on East Highway 76. This quiet location is away from traffic and noise, but is just minutes from all the shows and entertainment on Branson’s 76 Country Blvd! We are within easy driving distance to Silver Dollar City, White Water, Celebration City, and Table Rock Lake. Plus, Holiday Hills is the closest resort to the new Branson Landing, a 420-million dollar waterfront development with a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment, which just opened in the spring of 2006. Whether you want to be near the fun and action, or just find a quiet Ozark getaway, our condo offers the perfect setting and location for your vacation.

Our condo is equipped with the luxurious extras that you won’t find in a hotel or other basic condo rentals. The amenities you’ll have access to when you rent from us are unmatched for a condo at this price. In addition to the basics provided at most hotels and condos, we offer free wireless internet, a DVR (digital video recorder) which allows you to record live TV shows to save for later while you are out enjoying Branson, HD cable package, a washer and dryer in the condo, a fully equipped kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and much more! When you stay with us you not only have access to the condo, but you also have access to all of the amenities of Holiday Hills Resort which include multiple swimming pools, movie theater, golf course, fitness center, and much, much more! We want this to be your home away from home! Our condo has been furnished with everything you’d hope to find in a vacation home. We want to be sure you have all the comforts of home so you can relax! 

When you stay with us you gain access to all of the resort amenities of Holiday Hills including a beautiful PGA-certified championship-18-hole golf course, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, playgrounds, workout room, game room, theater room, snack bar, gift shop, and multiple outdoor swimming pools! Also, an on-site restaurant, “The Grille On The Green,” features everything from steaks to sandwiches.

Jan-Feb: $90/night or $580/week plus tax
Mar-May: $100/night or $625/week plus tax
Jun-Aug: $115/night or $700/week plus tax
Sept-Dec: $100/night or $625/week plus tax

$100 deposit is due at time of booking.

Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. 

There are no other “hidden fees” that you get with most other hotels and condo rentals. Don’t be fooled by low rates that still have cleaning fees and surcharges added to them later.

Get more for less! Because we are not a big rental company or resort, we can charge less and offer amenities that other big companies and resorts simply can’t provide.

Refunds are made in full for all guest cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 30-day period expires your balance will be refunded minus the $100 deposit.  There will be no refund for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to your stay. By requesting a reservation and submitting a deposit, and/or full payment, you are agreeing to the terms of this cancellation policy.
