Located at Covert I in a 12-unit condo building on the bay side at 5230 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Florida. View of courtyard, patio area and heated pool from your second floor kitchen and dining room windows.
 

Within 5-10 minutes walking distance to Centre Shopping. Shopping and restaurants in the Centre: Blue Dolphin, Ciao!, Lazy Lobster, Exit Art, and other shops along with the convenience of Urgent Care and a UPS store.

Condo is over 800 sq.ft. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate dining area. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with cable TV. Large living room with flat screen TV/cable TV. Semi private guestroom with double bed. One bathroom. This condo is comfortable, clean, updated and well maintained. 

Please note we are on the second floor of a two-story building. There is no elevator. This is a non-smoking condo.

Although known as a private island paradise, Longboat Key is only minutes from Sarasota and the many cultural activities the city offers. Among them is Ringling Museum and even closer is world-class shopping on St. Armands Circle, just a bridge away.

Walkers, bikers and rollerbladers can tour Longboat's bike path, winding 10 miles along Gulf of Mexico Drive. Or relax! Take a romantic stroll on one of the finest beaches to be found.

Fishing off dock in bay. Nearby is golf, biking, shopping, restaurants, wildlife viewing, sightseeing, parasailing, and lots of shelling.

$650 per week APRIL-JANUARY
$750 per week FEBRUARY - MARCH

$50 cleaning fee paid on day of departure.
First-time renters $125 Security Deposit. Returned within one week.
Add 11.5% required Manatee County and Florida resort taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All monies will be refunded if condo is re-rented for the same time period. Otherwise, your
deposit/monies can be
applied toward another date.
