Modern Log Cabin on Coldwater Lake in Coldwater

Beautiful, ten year old log cabin on Coldwater Lake. It has all of
the modern conveniences, and hardwood floors throughout. The cabin
sits on an acre of wetlands with a boardwalk through wild flowers and
cat tails to the lake with a dock for your boat. The lake bottom at
the shore is shallow and mucky so not a great place to swim, but we
furnish a paddle boat and foam pads so you can paddle
out to the deep area to swim. If you like to fish, you can fish from
the shore. There is lots of privacy with woods on one side, the lake
on the front side, and friendly neighbors on the other side. There
are two bedrooms downstairs with a loft upstairs with a bathroom; the
upstairs loft has a view of the lake on two sides. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the great room for extra people.  Sit on the sunny
deck and watch the swans on the lake, or relax and play checkers on
the covered side porch. Gaze at the lake and chat with friends and
family while in the open kitchen with breakfast bar and stools.

Includes a modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Cable TV.
Washer and dryer. Downstairs bathroom has a tub with jacuzzi jets.
Central heat and air conditioning make this property pleasant year-
round.

Coldwater Lake is the southern lake of a chain of lakes. Pontoon boat
rental is available from the Coldwater Lake Marina, if you reserve in
advance, or bring your own boat and travel the entire chain. Coldwater
Lake boasts a beautiful lake-front restaurant; a sports bar and
restaurant are near-by as well. A nine hole golf course is 1/4
mile from cabin. Ten miles away is Coldwater with professional summer
theatre, a drive-in theatre and many restaurants. Six miles away is
Pokagon State Park with restaurant, walking trails, nature
center, and boat rental. Mini-golf and a small amusement park are
located in near-by Fremont,Indiana. An outlet mall is also located
just minutes away.

$950 per week Saturday to Saturday. Off season only we can rent for partial weeks (October through April) $300 per two-night weekend; $450 per three-night weekend or $150 per night (two night minimum). 

JANUARY THROUGH MARCH WEEKLY RATE IS $850.
