Located within a few miles of Lake Champlain which is known for its sandy beaches, swimming, boating and fishing. Excellent fishing rivers are also found in all directions from the house. Ideal location just minutes from Plattsburgh, NY.
Several golf courses are located in the areas.
Excellent restaurants, supermarkets and shopping just 15 minutes away.
About one hour away is Lake Placid and Burlington. Montreal, Canada is 70 miles away. Ferry to Vermont is about 15 miles away.
Winter visitors can enjoy local skiing and other outdoor sports. We are 55 miles from both Whiteface Mountain and Titus Mountain Ski Centers, and just a few miles from Beartown Ski Area (this is a great learning area at VERY REASONABLE RATES).

The Mayor's Cup Regatta & Festival is Plattsburgh's most time honored and highly anticipated summer tradition on Lake Champlain. The four day celibration includes The Boat Parade of Lights, 35th Annual Regatta, Post-Race BBQ as wellas Live music family arts & kid's activities and a Spectacular Fireworks Display.

Minimum of a Two Night stay
Rates based on a maximum of five guest. Additional guest $35.00 per person per night.
$60.00 house cleaning charge is in addition to above rates for each stay.
Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay.
A deposit of 50% of your total is required to book your stay.
Deposit refunded with 30 days advance notice of the initial arival date. Otherwise, deposits returned only if another renter is found.
Security Deposit of $250.00 is to be paid prior to arrival.
Total payment must be received at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.
Last minute bookings requires payment in full via paypal. Notice of payment from paypal must be received before check-in.
No bookings will be accepted with less then a three day advance notice.
