Great Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this Treasure Island condo. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor of the building with assigned parking nearby. All newly renovated - it is nicely decorated and very clean. The beds (master and even sofa bed) are wonderfully comfortable. It is appointed with everything you need (appliances/linens/dishes/electronics) and some you did not know you needed like internet access and bikes!

Location is great with easy access to beaches, shopping(grocery and otherwise)and restaurants just a short bike ride away. The unit also comes with a parking pass for use within Treasuer Island for those days you want to be lazy!

There is also a nice pool, BBQ area and laundry room as well. I would highly recommend this condo unit for rental.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Pam and Dennis are super friendly people to deal with. Everything was new and immaculate when we arrived for my first time in Florida for a long term stay and had only wished we had booked for another month. Beautiful area within walking distance or riding as bikes were furnished by Pam and Dennis, the only owners to offer this service. The entire complex is maintained beautifully with friendly get-togethers each night at 4:00, or in the pool and celebrations in the lobby on holidays. We felt as if we were in our own home and were able to grill or cook our own meals in the condo and complex, saving money. Can't wait to return and recommend Pam and Dennis' unit.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Great Vacation

I had a great time at this Condo. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the Beach and restuarants.Great shopping is a short drive away.The Condo had two bikes for our use which was very nice. I met a great group of people and everybody was friendly.The pool is close by and if you chose they have a Happy Hour on the dock every day from 4pm.There is a BBQ for your use it is about 100yards away, i must say from the photos i had an impression it was my own personal BBQ but that was a not a problem.I liked this area and complex so much i am going back for 3-months next year.The owners Pam & Dennis are very nice to work with.

Recommended for: age 55+
