We offer an amazing deal for guests that choose to vacation with us during our off-season. Here’s how it works: 

     If you choose to rent a week** with us during our off-season*, you can choose to come back for another week during the off-season for $100.00. Here’s the best part. If you don’t want to stay at the same lake house twice, then choose to stay at our other lake front home, which is only a few miles from the “Little Bear Lake House”. It is called “The Chalet on Lake Louse”, and can be visited via the web. It’s an amazing home in a quiet setting.

     So, why not take advantage of such an amazing offer? You can stay at the “Little Bear Lake House” for a week of snowmobiling in February, and then come back again in the fall, to your choice of two lake houses, to view the fall colors. It’s better than a time share! 

*Off-season is defined as the timespan between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Typically Mid-September of the current year, to Mid-May of the following year.

**All weekly reservations must be made from Saturday-to-Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. (These times are flexible depending on availability.)

You'll be amazed at how clean and clear Little Bear Lake actually is. It's definitely a hidden gem "Up North", and your family will beg to come back each year. Come and stay in this magnificent lake house that was built in 2011. The house is adorned with rustic decor, knotty pine, and log trim. It sleeps 9 comfortably, and at 1,600 sq ft, there is plenty of room for you and your guests to relax and recall the day’s fun. We've got a huge kitchen island for you to play cards and board games on, or just hang out with the friends and family.

  You can rest assured that you will enjoy your stay. The owner is only a phone call away, 24x7, and can manage any incident that you may encounter. The owner is happy to take your calls for any questions you may have throughout your stay, as well as the reservation process. You won't have to deal with a difficult property management system of automated voicemail systems.
