Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Fairway Gardens  
at Tara Golf & Country Club and is less than one mile from I-75 with  
easy access to some of the most popular areas of the west coast of  
Florida.  Located 20-30 minutes from Siesta Key and Sarasota, St.  
Armands Circle and the Ringling Museum it is fully furnished and  
ready for immediate occupancy. Some of the beaches within a 25-40  
minute drive include Siesta Key, Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key,  
Coquina and Holmes Beach. 
 
If you like shopping, fishing, golf and dining you will be centrally  
located to all of these activities. Or, if you prefer to play golf,  
tennis or just relax by the pool, these amenities are just outside  
your door. 
 
The one-time fee of $200 transfers the Tara CC membership to you and  
gives you all the rights and privileges of Tara members. This  
will allow you to play golf while paying cart fees only.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in  
closet and full size bath.  The bedroom also has a TV and a walkout  
to the lanai which has a view of the pool.  The living area  
opens up to the lanai for comfortable relaxation when you would  
rather be outside.  The second bedroom has a double bed and is  
adjacent to the second full bath. The third bedroom/office has a day  
bed. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining area which will seat 5  
to 6 people comfortably.  There is a full size washer and dryer for  
your convenience along with cable TV.
