newly renovated pool and deck area with the ambience a Caribbean Resort with a Tiki Bar, 4
restaurants that are noted for great food. It’s just a piece of heaven. The 30 foot screened in
terrace overlooks the golf course. It is less than 30 minutes from the Palm Beach Airport and is a
short drive to the beach. The Clubhouse house has a large well-equipped gym with individual
trainers available and active card rooms.

3 Golf courses, 24 Tennis courts, Country Club atmosphere, 4 restaurants, A large Resort type Pool
with a Tiki Bar, Gym, Card Rooms, lots of cultural, craft and many fun entertainment options are
also available. A few steps from the Condo there is smaller more private pool and clubhouse.

There are many activities as well as music and entertainment options that are right on the grounds
and there are many more in nearby Boynton and Delrey Beach.

There ia a minimum 3 months rental that is required. Rate for 3 months is $3,500 a month and the
rate for 4 months is $3,500 a month. There is a choice of club membership, social, tennis and full
golf. All rates include social membership. Tennis and or golf membership requires an additional
