Oceanside! Tropical garden villa--central to everything in Hilton Head Island

Welcome to Hilton Head Resort villa 2118 for a fun and memorable holiday.  Stay as busy as you like here at the resort or explore all kinds of activities offered on our beautiful island.  On the other hand, relax and do little or nothing in your cheerful and pleasant unit.

  The HHR location is great and central to most everything.  Coming onto the island it is easy to find.  Stay on hwy 278 to mile marker 7.  That's it .  You're here.

   The resort is oceansideside...no streets to cross going to the ocean.  Take the golf cart shuttle hourly during peak season or enjoy the 5 to 7 min walk on the boardwalk across the incredible salt marsh and tidal creek.  The boardwalk has stations along the way to tell about the tides and describe the wildlife and vegetation you see.

  The villa has been remodeled completely.  There are tile floors with inlay in the kitchen, dining, and baths.  The living room and bedrooms have new Pergo floors with an interestting weathered look.

   A desirable featue about the unit is that the bedrooms are down the hall from the living-dining area.  Each bedroom has it's own seating and TV.  You can enjoy being close together or spread out for privacy.

  The unit is in building #2 located on the first floor which is actually the second level from the ground.  Your patio faces a lovely garden with palmetto trees, pretty flowers, and a fountain.  Guests often take pictures here.  Enjoy your double glider on the porch.

   The master bedroom is extra large.  There is a king bed, dresser, chest also, night stand, comfortable chair, and good lighting, yet it is not crowded at all.  The ceiling fans and lights are remote controlled throughtout

  The bathroons each have a seat height toilet.   The kitchen is fully supplied and there is a very large pantry.

  You will be happy to have such a nice villa in a great resort that is very reasonably priced.

   FOR THE BEACH:  2 Nautica beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart.  Please bring your own towels for beach and pool.

HHR has many amenities on site.

  Building 1:  large outdoor pool, deli and convenience store, also bike rentals

  Building 2:  "your building"...lovely garden on your end (the resort calls it a park), elevated sun deck in the middle, and a badmitten court at the far end.

  Building 3:  "the atrium" (completely covered), large indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor track, restrooms, showers, free wifi

  Building 4:  six lighted tennis courts and an outside pool

  Your villa is well situated in the complex being central to everything.  You are close to two elevators or walk up one flight of steps.  The laundry is on your floor and just around the corner from the unit.    The resort is gated with 24 hour security.  

 Coco's on the beach offers a place to eat or drink and has bathrooms for beach convenience.

You name it and it's probably on the island.

 BEACH-uncrowded with limited public access

 WATERSPORTS-all kinds-paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, on and on

GOLF-two dozen golf courses or have fun with miniature golf

BIKING-50 miles of bike paths or choose to ride on the beach.  The island is very, very bike friendly. 

TENNIS anyone?

SHOPPING-Tanger outlets in Bluffton, many thrift and consignment shops, shops of all types.

 CHURCH-many denominations.  Central Church of God (mile marker #10)  is a good choice.  You will feel right at home with lots of new friends.

 SIGHT SEEING-Beaufort, Savannah, or maybe try Charleston.  Lots to see and enjoy.    

Summer rates: 5/25 to 9/7, weekly only sat to sat, $700/wk.  Deposits/Rent made after 5/25/13

    increase to $750 /wk.  (Make your reservation deposit by 5/25/13 before rate increase!) 

Fall: 9/7 to 11/2, minimum of 3 nights @ $120/nt., $650/wk.

Winter: 11/2 to 3/16, mininum of 3 nights @ $100/nt., $550/wk. Check for holiday rates!

Spring: 3/16 to 5/25, minimum of 3 nts., @ $120/nt., $650/wk.

A security(damage) deposit of $100 reserves your vacation.   A 10% SC and local tax is added to your rental.  Credit card(paypal) payments require a 3% service fee.  Linens and departure cleaning are included in the rental rate if staying a full week, however, for less than 7 days add a cleaning/linens fee of $85.  Deposits are not refundable, however, reschedules are fine.  The security(damage) deposit is refundable after inspection and cleaning.

Total rental balances excluding $100 security(damage) deposit are due 30 days prior to your visit.  Frequent renter discounts are available. 

Pets are not allowed by the resort.  Our villa is non-smoking.
