Although most people come to Marco Island for the beaches we consistently get the comment that people loved the idea that they could completely relax at the house without having to go anywhere.  The heated, oversized pool and well furnished surrounding deck is the main attraction. Our pool area faces the 'all important' south for maximum sunshine throughout the day. The expansive 1,000 sq ft pool deck allows you to move the numerous outdoor lounge chairs & tables into or out of sun to suit the preferences of your group so you can truly relax around the large 20x40 foot, heated, in-ground pool.   Surprisingly, many Marco Island homes have either very little area for 'laying out' near the pool or get very little sunshine. 

The unique layout gives guests have the flexibility to get up when they want without disturbing others, make meals when they want, go fishing from the pier, layout at the pool on the beautiful sundeck, visit in the living room while watching the kids swim in the pool, check their emails while laying out by the pool (if you call this a vacation) or spot dolphins or manatees from the backyard. The open plan lay-out means the chef of the group will never feel left out. Everyone can move at their own pace without disturbing others - a true vacation for all.

This premium property is just a 6 minute drive (12 minutes by bicycle) from Marco Island's fabulous 3 mile powdery white sand beaches. The property has water access to the superb inland waterways in the Marco Island-Naples area, is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and air conditioned. There are local tennis facilities and the region has some of the best public golf courses in the United States. There are two or three marinas on the Island where you can rent a cruiser or pontoon boat for the day to cruise up the inland waterways to Naples and picnic on the Gulf beaches or go fishing. 

Our premium 4 bdrm/4.5 bath home is located the end of a peaceful cul de sac.  We've traveled around the world and have tried to incorporate various aspects of fine hotels into the house . The décor has a casual contemporary feel with a nod to the tropics.  We have been renting out the house for almost 10 years so we know what guests want. We are continually updating the home and have replaced practically all the appliances, flooring, bedroom furniture & linens recently to keep things fresh.

The layout of the house is fantastic with 3 separate buildings in an L-shape design (all under one roof) built around the pool. The main building has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen plus the master bedroom and bathroom with private access from both the bedroom or the living room. The living room has a 47-inch flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo. The living room has one wall fully lined with sliding glass doors that overlooks the pool area so people can sit on one of 3 full-sized sofas in the living room and visit while still being able to keep an eye on people in the pool area. The dining room has a formal dining table that seats 10. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 5 stools plus all the standard amenities including a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and coffee maker.

The second building has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 more bathrooms - one of the bath and bedrooms is located upstairs. Every bedroom has a private entrance to a bathroom. The third building consists of a 2-car garage, laundry room and another full bath.  All bedrooms have a private entrance to bathrooms and are equipped with a dresser, 20+ inch Cable TVs (some with DVDs & flat screens), blow dryers and alarm clocks (if needed on vacation).
