House and beach were spared from Hurricane Sandy damage so we’re ready for another summer of sun and fun. This well maintained, centrally air-conditioned house has two separate rental units and decks and is the perfect size for the average family, or rent both floors and vacation with your extended family or friends. Located on a quiet oceanside street in Beach Haven Park, the property is just 8 houses from the beach. The house is walking distance to a number of shopping and dining establishments. Fantasy Island Amusement Park, gift shops, and additional restaurants are located a short distance away in Beach Haven proper.

The house boasts a host of upgrades over the past few years including new bathrooms, central air conditioning and furnishings. The first floor unit was completely renovated this off-season including a new kitchen, bath and carpeting throughout. Soundproofing was installed in the walls and ceilings during the renovation and new recessed lighting, ceiling fans and “endless” hot water system were installed (no more cold showers for the last off the beach).

Each floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin beds. In addition each unit has a full size pull out couch to accommodate guests. A large flat panel LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo are located in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee pot, toaster, as well as pots and pans, utensils, and ample dishes, drinking glasses, and other kitchenware. There are separate decks for each floor that are ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining. Each deck has an outdoor table, four deck chairs, a chaise lounge, and stackable chairs for additional seating. Families also have access to an outdoor shower, washer and dryer facilities and each unit has its own gas grill.

Each unit is supplied with two beach badges, and there are a limited number of beach chairs and sand toys available for tenant use. The property can accommodate onsite parking for two cars per unit.
