A serene and private 7 year old Country Home with a 3 bdrm, 3 bath main house and a 2 bdrm, 1 bath guest house. Cherry Beach is only one mile away…Grab a book, kick off your shoes and just relax.

The main house is one level and features an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling; the large kitchen has generous granite countertops with breakfast bar and is open to both the dining and family rooms. A large master suite with private bath and deck occupies one end of the home. Enjoy family meals on the large screened porch overlooking the 14x25 ft pool. An ample deck surrounds the perimeter of the pool providing additional outdoor seating and lounging. A trampoline is also located on the property. There is plenty of room to play Frisbee, bocce ball, croquet or any other outdoor games.

The property is on seven acres; with a pond, mature willow trees, and woods with walking path just beyond the pool and deck area. A sizeable organic vegetable garden is also located on the premises. Pick your own tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, peppers, and zucchini for a delicious summer dinner.

The private guest house is 768 square ft and contains 2 bdrms, a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area and sitting room with flat screen TV. An outdoor shower is located next to the guest house.

Youngren Road is a lighly traveled road.  City water and sewer.

WiFi available in both the main house and guest house.

Two TVs in main house - one in the Master bedroom, and a Samsung 56 inch LCD HDTV in the family room with DVD player.

Half off the rental rate required for security deposit.

April - May: 3 night minimum $350 per night (Memorial Day weekend 25-28 not available)

June 1- June 30: minimum 1 week rental $2700/week

August 1 - 30: minimum 1 week rental $3200/week

September 5-30: 3 night minimum $400 per night (Labor Day weekend not available

October 1-31: 3 night minimum $350 per night

November - December: 3 night minimum $300 per night
