residential area(dead end road) in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. 
Recently constructed (new), 1 bedroom, furnished with full kitchen,
bathroom, 
living and dining area, balcony and parking facilities. Fully 
stocked kitchen with microwave oven, stove, refrigerator. One queen
size bed, one full size futton. All linens and toiletries included.
Also available one two bedroom apartment with full bed and queen futton.

facilities. 
Experience the west coast experience with the most exciting views and
sunsets of the island. Travel to the nearby beaches, enjoy the downtown experience, 
enjoy great seafood at nearby restaurants,visit nearby towns with
their "plazas" and local festivals.
The area is recognized for the best surfing beaches. Golf is available at Ramey Base.
Visit the Aguadilla Skating Ring or the Bowling Alley.
The Aguadilla shopping mall is 15 minutes away with movie theaters, and "criolla" style food at its 
food court.

Bike riding,golf facilities, bowling and airport located within 2 
miles(Aguadilla Airport-BQN). Daily flights from Continental, Spirit,
Jet Blue. 
One of the most beautiful beaches in PR (Crashboat)located at 1 mile.
Restaurants, kids parks, water parks and ice skating alley in the
nearby area. Other cities in the 
sorroundings are Aguada,San Sebastian, Isabela, Rincon and Mayaguez. 
Shopping mall and cinemas located within 3 miles. Visit Aguadilla's 
downtown with its Plaza (spanish square) and colonial buildings.
Car rental available at the Aguadilla airport. More beaches in the 
sorrounding area within 5 miles distance. The Arecibo Observatory, La Parguera,
Arecibo Lighthouse, Rincon Beach, Jobos Beach are attractions easy to access. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates from May 1st through August 30 $700,from September 1 
through April 30 $850, per night rate $150 from May 1st through 
August 30 and $175 per night from September 1 through April 30 with 
a minimum 4 night stay. Monthly rental available, ask for price.
30% deposit for reservation(non refundable)
$60 cleaning fee
$150 deposit(refundable after satisfactory inspection)
