Welcome and thank you for considering our property!  Our condo is located in the Villa Del Sol community, a gated beachfront condo community with amazing views of the bay. The complex has easy access to the beach with its calm water, an ideal place for anyone who wants a quiet relaxed getaway. The condo property is landscaped with award-winning gardens and includes many BBQ and picnic areas, pools and hot tubs for our guests' use. There are laundry facilities located on each floor.

Your stay at the Villa Del Sol will only be enhanced by our newly renovated, competitively priced, luxury condo. Each of our condos sleeps four with a new bed and mattress, and a full size sofa-sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom, with tub and shower and four towels. The small efficient kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top as well as cooking and serving ware, to make your favorite meals easy or prep your side dishes for your outdoors barbecue. Our condo is equipped with cable TV and a computer desk.

Our cozy, relaxing retreat is great for families of 2 to 4 family members, couples, retirees, and business travelers. We respectfully ask that there be no smoking in the condo and please no pets.

The Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington Aircraft Carrier/Museum, and other tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance via the beach boardwalk. Whataburger Field (Corpus Christi Hooks minor league baseball team), great local restaurants, shops, and downtown are all short drives away. Additionally, if you need more ways to get around town, a bus line is located right in front of the complex.
