"Holland House" (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8) is a beautiful two story waterfront home at Holland Riverside Marina on the Old River of the San Joaquin Delta. The home is situated next to a sandy swimming beach, a picnic area, mini-mart and boat launch. The home is at the very front corner
of the marina allowing for terrific views. Holland Riverside offers immediate access to fast water for some of the very best fishing and water skiing the Delta has to offer. Sea Lions are occasionally spotted when following the striped bass up river. Holland House is a great Delta getaway; a nice place to relax and enjoy the Delta sunrise out the large living room windows.

These are Non-smoking properties. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoors
is fine under one simple guideline... Cigarette butts deposited on the premises
will be assessed an additional $100 cleaning fee. If you must smoke, please
dispose of your butt’s in an As* tray where they belong. Picking them up is a
real drag. :-(
