Recently remodeled oceanfront home, decorated with the owner's personal touches. Beach theme throughout. Upper floor has spacious kitchen and living and dining area deck, overlooking the beach. Powder room and very large and bright master bedroom and bathroom are also on the upper levels, on the same level. King-size bed in the master with his and hers vanities in the bathroom, also jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Lower lever has 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms ensuite with 1 queen and 2 full-size beds. Laundry room, plus cozy sunroom facing the ocean, with small refrigerator, to keep those cold beers close at hand are also available!
Step out on to a wonderful, large deck with a choice of shade or a chaise in the sun. From here, you can cross the private walkway over the dunes to the beach.
This is a wonderful family house with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation, just bring your swimsuits!

Amelia Island has something for every sport lover - tennis, golf, fishing - surf, deep sea and even fresh water,
surfing, kite surfing, skim boarding, mini golf - the list is endless.
For you gamblers, there is a casino boat that sails twice daily from Mayport - about 20 miles away - and then you must make a trip to Cumberland Island in Georgia and see the wild horses.
And don't forget to take a boat tour giving you all the local history, and spend a few hours touring Fort Clinch.
Then head back to the beach in time to see the sky turn bright pink with the sunset while you sip a nice, cool cocktail.
