Cozy loft style vacation rental - 2 story house with kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath on 1st level and a loft style 2nd floor with private ful bath - Direct TV, and wireless Internet - located on 5 acres just 1 mile from Hwy 101 at the Vineyard Dr. exit. There is a queen size bed and two twin beds + a day bed. Two night minimum, $125 per night with a $65 cleaning fee per stay. The weekly rate is $750 plus $65 cleaning fee. Located just one mile from the Trader Joe's shopping center where there is also the Pier 46 restaurant, Jobella coffee, 15 Degree C wine shop and a Subway for your convenince. This is a pet friendly rental and there is a dog park within walkig distance.
