This is the perfect unit for a vacation getaway for one, two or bring the kids along! It features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 full bath, kitchen and living area. The living area has a brand new Queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a luxurious jacuzzi tub that doubles as a step-in-shower. The unit has tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets, full refrigerator, convection oven, cook top and granite countertops. This unit has central air conditioning. The unit is located on the ground level and poolside. Pets allowed for extra charge.

This is a small (11 units total) gated community. Tropically landscaped pool in the center with sauna and free laundry facilities located on the ground floor. High speed wireless internet or wire connection at no additional cost. The unit is fully furnished with all kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc. Just bring your fishing poles, golf clubs and/or beach towels and chairs! Plenty of great fishing in the ocean or intercoastal waters, several luxury golf courses within minutes and plenty of beautiful uncrowded beaches.
activities and attractions in Flagler Beach Atlantic Coast North
The beach and Flagler Pier are only a 1/2 block away with a central downtown Flagler Beach location. It is an easy walk to many restaurants, shop's and the Farmer's Market every Friday & Saturday morning.
You are only about 30 minutes from Daytona Beach or St. Augustine and an 1 hour from Orlando or Jacksonville. Disney World is 1 1/2 hours.
