Weekly rentals prefered from July 4th thru Labor Day. Friday to Friday rental. Weekly rental plus $200 damage deposit and $150 cleaning fee. Additional $200 damage deposit with pets.

Deposit refundable within a week after housekeeping inspection

Daily rates during off season $350 M-T and $500 F-S

I initially inquired about another rental property that is owned/managed by Ken. He referred me to this property because he thought it would accomodate my large group. It did... and then some! It was a very spacious home, wonderful private dock and yard, many beds to accomodate... and everything was clean and comfortable. Ken was easy to contact, and responsive. I'm planning another trip and hope I can stay at one of his places again!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Rocking time in Chelan in a great place

The owner was extremely responsive, easy to get hold of and work with. He was more than accomodating. We has storm come through and needed to replace the patio table. We worked it out within a few minutes and did not disrupt our vacation.

The house is very clean, well laid out and spacious (large kitched, large family room, and master bedroom). The bathrooms were well stocked with toilettries, and towels, etc. BBQ was clean and had full tank of propane. Lots of dishes, utensils, etc., making it easy to cook and enjoy the place to the fullest.

The yard was awesome. Well taken care of and the completely fenced (which is really nice if you have outside pets, e.g. dogs).

Plenty of parking too!

I have already mentioned this place to several friends and family. I do plan on returning and enjoying another vacation.

It is only a 7 minute walk to downtown, and a nice walk at that. It is only minutes (via walking) away from three boat/jet ski rental places and close to the water slide park.

A couple of things to note: There is no wi-fi internet there (which if you are on vacation, probably just fine!!). The family room hide-a-bed can do a number on your back (that is what some of our kids told us).

I would highly recommend this place, because of the place and because of the owner.
