lobby entrance and laundry room on every floor.

Vacation Rental Rates

Currently seeking a tenant for 2009 peak season for MINIMUM 3 MONTHS.
January – April: $5000 per month; May-October: 3000 per month;
November – December: $3500 per month
11% Florida rental tax applicable if less than 7 month lease.
$85 cleaning fee upon leaving
$1000 security deposit, refundable after lease termination
$1000 deposit required with booking
Full payment required minimum 90 days prior to lease start date
No refunds after lease is signed and payments are remitted.
