Located directly across A1A from the home are a grocery store,
pharmacy, department store outlet, gas station, barbershop, beauty
salon and restaurants.

The beach at Ormond-by-the-Sea is beautiful. Just step out the door
and enjoy. Private walkway to our drive free, white sand beach or
just sit inside in the AC and enjoy the view. Don’t forget your surf
board and surf fishing poles!
Just 5 Minutes south is Daytona Beach, drive for miles on “The
Worlds Most Famous Beach”.
Local activities include: deep-sea fishing, canoe and kayak rentals,
water skiing, jet skiing, mini-golf, theatres.
Historic and delightful St. Augustine is only 40 minutes north, and
offers great historic sites, guided tours, unique shops, art
galleries, and great places to eat. It’s a charming place to spend
your afternoon.
The golfing possibilities in the area are endless. There are many
excellent courses nearby, including Ocean Hammock Golf Club, a
spectacular seaside course that is often compared to Pebble Beach.
And the World Golf Hall of Fame is only 45 minutes north. There is
also a plethora of more economical courses in the area.
Orlando’s attractions Disney World, Sea World, MGM, Epcot, Wet n’
Wild etc. are only 80 minutes away.
The new Mall of Millennia is only 60 minutes away, where you can
shop only the finest stores, Nieman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Tiffany,
Jimmy Choo, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, etc.
Kennedy Space Center is 40 minutes south. View their schedule and
you may get to see a launch! On a clear day launches can be viewed
from our ocean front patio.
Marineland is just a short 6 miles. The park is right on the ocean
and was the world's first oceanarium, opening in 1938. You can see
the entire park in about a half day. It's a great attraction for the
kids as well as adults as it's not overcrowded and the shows allow
you to get up close and personal with the animals. They offer
snorkeling in the oceanarium as well as swimming with dolphins for
an extra fee and for which you need to sign up for in advance. They
may be booked several weeks in advance for these special offerings.
For the racing enthusiast, Daytona International Speedway is only 20
minutes south. Come stay for the races!! Daytona USA and tours of
the track are available to the public year round.
Bikers are also welcome! Bikeweek and Biketoberfest offer many
activities in the area. It’s a beautiful drive!

Weekly rates from $850.00. Short-term (3-6 month) monthly rates
available. $150 security deposit is required. $65 cleaning fee will
apply to all rates. Security deposit will be refunded within 30
days of check-out. Cancellation Policy: 100% if cancelled prior to
30 days before arrival. Less than 30 days before arrival forfeits
deposits. A signed contract & deposit are required to hold
reservation.
Special event weeks (Speedweeks, Car Show & Swap Meets, Bike Week,
Spring Break, Pepsi 400, Biktoberfest) are available! Please
