from home.”  
 
 Contemporary Hawaiiana style furnishings create an elegant ambiance  
and contrast nicely with the gorgeous Italian travertine stone  
flooring in warm earth tones. This 24th floor condo is located at  
the “Gateway to Waikiki” and is only a short walk away from world  
famous Waikiki Beach! Enjoy the fireworks every Friday evening right

unit and an assigned, covered parking stall is included in the price  
for your convenience. There is also FREE high speed internet access  
from the wireless located in the living room.  
 
There is a roof top pool area which boasts outstanding 360 degree  
views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the stunning Koolau Mountain  
range.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 6 - February 28, 2009 is $195 per night / $1,350 weekly. 
March - November 23, 2008: $175 per night / $1,225 weekly. 
November 24 - 30, 2008 is $225 per night.  
December 1 - 19, 2008 is $195 per night / $1,350 weekly.  
December 20, 2008 - January 5, 2009 is $250 per night holiday rate. 
Other holidays will be slightly higher.  
Departure cleaning fee of $75 
Fully refundable security deposit of $400 
Hawaii state taxes @ 11.95% are additional.  
A Deposit of 50% of the total reservation will be due within 7 days  
to reserve booking. 
Balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival.  
Domestic personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and wire  
transfers only.  
 
Cancellation policy: 
 
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 90 days in advance will receive a full refund  
minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30 – 89 days in advance will receive a 50%  
refund of monies received unless we can re-book the property. No refund will be given for  
cancellations made less than 30 days in advance unless we can re-book the property.
