Mountain Cottage-3 Miles from ASU! in Boone

This property was owned by the local sheriff at the turn of the last century and his son built this cottage on it in 1929.  It has been completely remodeled yet maintains the simpler life feeling remniscent of the 1930's on a quiet side street surrounded by the mountains on the edge of Boone.  We have installed comfortable beds, ceiling fans in every room, new appliances, and much more.  There is a big stone fireplace in the living room added about 50 years ago.  We've also added a brand new deck overlooking the babbling brook behind the house which is very private and peaceful.  You won't want to leave.

We don't charge people for a with hidden fees and tack on this and that...what you see is what you get!  There is only a one time cleaning fee of $50 and 12.75% sales and occupancy taxes. 

We can accept credit cards through Pay Pal or I can email you a link to pay with MC/Visa if you do not have a Pay Pal account, we also accept checks in the mail and cash in person.  We ask for half down to make a reservation.

Holiday and peak season rates:     First night $175 then $109/nt, $700/wk, $1,900/mo.
