Centrally located in Land O Lakes just North of Tampa, visit Busch gardens, head to the beaches, drive to Orlando, or just relax and enjoy the house with natural Florida right outside your back windows.

• Minimum rate is 1 WEEK.
• WEEKLY - $795 to $895 per week depending on time of year.
• MONTHLY - April to January $2495 per month
• MONTHLY - February or March $2795 per month
• Payment can be made either by credit card, or check in US Dollars to a US address, or cheque in British pounds sent to our U.K. address.
• There is a $250 booking / security deposit – This will initially hold your reservation, and will then become your security deposit after you move in. It will be refunded within 10 business days after you leave the property when there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
