road from a lake and your own private dock. Located in Corinth
on Route 9N, halfway between Saratoga Springs and Lake George (approx 15 miles from each). Property includes a basket ball hoop,
barbecue grill, wireless internet and plenty of park like grounds.
Lower home has seven bedrooms (two of which have a private bathroom with a jacuzzi in one of them, and one with a private half bathroom), four and a half bathrooms, pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, modern kitchen, three decks, and a privacy deck.  The lower house also has a large cathederal living room and a hot tub.

The Upper house has nine plus bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a kitchen, dinette, living/dining room, large game room (with a pool table, ping pong table and Fooseball table), a hot-tub, and a large deck with
beautiful water view.  Four of the bedrooms have decks which have a great view of the water, and four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms.  The upper home has a ramp which will enable anyone with a wheelchair to have access to an ADA equiped bathroom, one of the bedrooms, the kitchen, dinette, and living/dining room.

The two homes are approximately 150 feet apart.  We also have an additional 4 bedroom house next door which can be rented if you need more room.

 
Winding driveway leads to 10 stunning private acres overlooking the
water across Route 9N with water rights for boating, fishing and
swimming. Houses can be rented together or separately.

We are located a few miles away from close to 100 miles of snow mobile trails.  If you do not have your own snowmobile, you could rent from a place less than five miles away, but you have to go on their guided tours.  There is skiing nearby and year round horseback riding (you must call first during the winter).  Please ask us to email you a list of some winter activities nearby.
