A short walk or bike ride to one of the best beaches on the island. You are a moments walk from Mallory Square where sunset is celebrated every day with world class street theater. The condo is outfitted with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, off street parking pool and beach access.

A unique feature of this property is bicycles! You don't have to rent. Key West is only two miles by four miles, so nothing is very far away. Fly into the Key West airport and take a cab to Truman Annex You have bicycle transportation throughout your vacation. Big baskets on the bikes will make shopping easy too! The kitchen has a Blender, margarita glasses and salt.
The bedroom has a queen bed. Gorgeous decor includes Ethan Allen furniture, flat screen TV, VCR, CD player. New barefoot, sock and slipper friendly carpet. Leave shoes at the entry way before you come up the pristine carpeted stairs.Fast 4G secure wireless internet access is included.

We bought this condo in April 2010 after falling in love with Key West and Truman Annex more than twenty years ago. It is a joy to share this condo with both newbies to Key West and to seasoned veterans like us who have learned to love the island more with each visit.

Anne from North Carolina explains this condo best: The condo was perfect and the Shipyard complex is luscious with gorgeous landscapes. I felt like I was living in a huge, private garden! Susan's attention to detail made it one of the most enjoyable vacations I've ever had. She responded immediately to my inquiries both before and during my stay and took care of all my needs. The bed is extremely comforable, best sleep I've ever had on any vacation. I loved being able to wash my clothes (I won't be bringing so many clothes next time!) Rode the bike many hours each day. I did use my car when I went to the east part of the island and Stock Island. So many wonderful experiences.... meals on the huge porch off the living room (felt like I was in a tree house!)The Butterfly and Nature Conservatory is a must, take your camera to see colorful butterflies and small tropical birds. If you want to see shore birds & raptors up close, go to the Key West Wildlife Rescue Center across from the White Pier. Also many beautiful large tropical birds (macaws, etc.) at Nancy Forrester's Secret Garden. Besides the restaurants Susan recommends, I highly recommend a fantastic restaurant called "Salute on the Beach" (sister restaurant to Blue Heaven). It's right on Higg's beautiful white sand beach overlooking the Atlantic. Two of the best meals I've ever had. Their Yellowtail Snapper and seafood salad specials were exquisite. Stone Crabs just came into season and were fresh & delectable at Half Shell Raw Bar on the waterfront. Had Spiney Lobster benedict breakfast special at the one & only Blue Heaven. Next time I'm booking for 2 weeks instead of just one! I want more time to just "be" and chill on the beach, and there's so much more I want to do and see. Thank you Susan for offering such a wonderful condo in a great location and for all your tips of restaurants and places to see. Again, one of the best vacations I've ever had!
