Camelbeach Waterpark, Fall Foliage,great winter Skiing or relaxing 
hikes in Big Pocono State Park, our slopeside townhouse is a great 4 
season rental. We also offer you one of the best nights sleep around 
on our queen size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed in the master 
bedroom. Oh and did we mention we are less than 100 yards to the 33 
lighted slopes at Camelback Ski Resort.  Never move your car the whole 
ski vacation! Ski in and ski out all day long! Our home is tastefully 
decorated and renovated to meet all of your vacation needs. We are 
located at The Village at Camelback. The ONLY resort slope side at 
Camelback! This is a Non-Smoking unit. No Pets Please. No Exceptions! 
Great unit for families! 
 
This three-story, cozy townhouse is situated on the side of Camelback 
Mountain/Camelbeach water park . It features three bedrooms (one 
queen-size select comfort sleep number bed, two sets of twin bunk beds 
totally 4 beds in one room, 2 brand new twin beds that bump together 
to make a king size bed in the loft area,full-size futon in living 
room. We also provide you with a beautiful oak crib and highchair in 
excellent condition.) Two and a half baths with new glass shower and 
tub enclosures make it easy for large groups up to 10 to get ready for 
their day of fun. Large living room with open layout and fireplace.  
 
Updated kitchen with new appliances. Kitchen table with seating for 6. 
Secluded rear deck with table, chairs and (gas grill available during 
spring/summer and fall. Front deck with ski/bike storage shed and 
glider seat to enjoy the views. Children's games/toys/videos in unit 
for your convenience. Visa/Mastercard accepted!  
 
We even supply you starter paper products and detergent! You supply 
your refills, consumables and firewood! We even make your packing 
lighter by providing you with linens for the beds, shower towels and 
pool towel. We just ask that you kindly launder them prior to 
departure. We provide you with in-house washer/dryer and detergent! 
 
There are steps to and from our home along with steps to access 
sleeping areas. 
 
Camelback has an excellent Adaptive Ski program. Want more 
information? Please email or call and we would be happy to tell you 
about their program and how to schedule your family member with 
special needs for their one on one ski lessons. 
 
We are a year round rental property. The Pocono's offer excellent 
spring, summer and fall activities. Visit Camelbeach waterpark or the 
new Camelback Adventure Park. Take a hike in Big Pocono State Park or 
visit Bushkill Falls or try your luck at the new Mt. Airy Casino.   
 
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE 
AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF 
THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one 
guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the 
rental period.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, crockpot, blender.  
2 TV/VCR 1 DVD player, AM/FM stereo with CD player. Large Fireplace  
(renters supply own wood).  Full size crib and highchair in unit.  
Front & rear decks with beautiful mountain views. Gas Grill and  
table/chairs on deck. Front deck has a ski storage shed. Washer and  
Dryer,iron and ironing board and blow dryer provided. Also  
children's toys, games and videos in unit.  Indoor heated pool in 
community center and  
hot tub, saunas at community center are available to all renters based 
on lifeguard availability.  
Hours vary per season.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the shared large indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, weight room 
and  
indoor tennis courts at The Village at Camelback club house. (pool  
open based on lifeguard availability, hours vary per season).  Great 
restaurants are only  
minutes away. And of course the famous Crossing Outlets are at the  
bottom of the hill!!! Don't forget Pocono Raceway,the State Game  
lands, white water rafting, paintball and of course the ever popular  
Camelbeach Waterpark! Dont miss your chance to visit the brand new  
Mount Airy Casino just 10 minutes door to door!

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer 2008: $200 per night (2 night minimum stay).  Weekly $800  
 
Ski Rental Rates 2009:  
2 night non-holiday weekend $1000 
3 night non-holiday weekend $1100 
7 night non-holiday (Fri-Fri) $1400 
Midweek $200 per night (2 night minimum stay) 
MLK 3 night weekend $1200 
Presidents 2 night weekend $1300
